School Readiness

When a student succeeds early in school, they are more likely to succeed in high school, graduate and get a good job.

Early academic success starts long before a child sets foot in a kindergarten classroom. It depends on a community network of early care providers, teachers, family members and school administrators. How they communicate and collaborate directly impacts the success of our community's students.

Building school readiness, block by block.

We're here connect the dots. School Readiness brings together and supports all the people and organizations that play a role in early school success. School Readiness includes four components that address all factors key to early learning success: early literacy, healthy vision, the transition to kindergarten and reading skills.
