Are you looking to give back to your community? If so, look no further than Day of Caring!
Day of Caring is United Way's signature single-day service event. The event brings together teams of volunteers to help non-profit organizations across Westmoreland, Fayette and Southern Armstrong Counties. Our volunteers take to the streets, offices, playgrounds and schools of our community. They dedicate their day to painting, landscaping, cleaning and more. All to prove the amazing difference one day can make when we volunteer.
Any community group, organization or workplace can volunteer on Day of Caring. The event is designed for volunteer teams, but your team can be as small or as big as you like. Teams typically range from two people up to 70 people – or more! (Want to know more? Read our Day of Caring FAQ.)
Day of Caring project registraiton will remain open July 16 - August 31.
