| 2-1-1 is currently accessible in Westmoreland, Fayette and Allegheny Counties with plans to expand access throughout the Southwest PA region, beginning with Armstrong and Butler Counties. |

| By dialing 2-1-1, callers will be connected with a human service information and referral specialist to help assess the human service programs that best fit the needs of the individual and/or family seeking help. |
